Three members of staff serving your dinner. Then one of them starts to sing, and the room realises the waiters were never waiters. The surprise works because it is staged properly: the performers blend into the service first, so the reveal lands on every table at once.

We staged this during a gala dinner cruise on the Thames, with food service held for the length of the set.
