Long-term trust is our greatest pride. Once again, our agency worked with our most loyal Asian client. Previously, we organised their incentive trips to Dubai, London, and Paris. However, this time the challenge was in their own city. Specifically, we managed their corporate events in Hong Kong to celebrate their 30th anniversary.

Below, we explain exactly how we designed the entertainment for this exclusive award ceremony.
The casting challenge for corporate events in Hong Kong
To begin with, the event was intimate and held during the day. Specifically, it gathered 50 VIP guests at the luxurious Island Shangri-La Hotel. Furthermore, the client had an extremely specific casting request. Basically, they needed performers with a highly specific international aesthetic (Western look).
Therefore, activating our global network of contacts was absolutely crucial. Thanks to this, we found the perfect local artists to match the exact profile.
1. Gatsby-style dancers and Magnum Champagne

Firstly, we designed a triumphant entrance for the award winners. To achieve this, we hired two highly talented international dancers. Visually, they wore elegant Gatsby-style costumes in black and gold. Surprisingly, whenever a guest won an award, the music volume increased. Immediately, the dancers rushed the stage carrying Magnum champagne bottles. Afterward, they performed a freestyle dance and handed the bottle to the winner.
2. Interactive hosting with the “Happy Girl”
Secondly, we needed to keep the room’s energy very high. Because of this, we incorporated an interactive host, known as the “Happy Girl.” Throughout the entire afternoon, she interacted playfully with the executives. Also, she actively participated in the formal award presentation. Finally, she joined the high-energy champagne dance with the winners.

3 Logistical keys for your VIP award ceremony
In short, success always depends on the smallest details. Below, we highlight three major benefits of our event management:
1. Hyper-segmented casting: Undoubtedly, finding specific Western profiles in Asia is quite complex. Nevertheless, our extensive network of local suppliers made it completely possible.
2. High energy for daytime events: Normally, daytime galas (11:45 AM) tend to be very quiet. On the contrary, we used explosive music and champagne to boost the vibe.
3. Integrated choreography: Basically, the artists did not just dance in the background. In fact, they became a core part of the award protocol itself.
