Later, the most critical moment of the night arrived. To move 200 guests to the main ballroom, we were highly creative. Surprisingly, we hired the Royal British Legion Band from Romford. Also, a traditional Town Crier led this magnificent musical march. In fact, we scripted his welcome speech word for word. Thus, the simple act of changing rooms became a massive show.
3. Custom entertainment during the evening
During the dinner, attendees enjoyed two brilliant live performances. On one hand, an exclusive show based on Beauty and the Beast. There, the artists sang the most famous hits from the movie. On the other hand, our Comic String Quartet took the main stage. Undoubtedly, their unique mix of classical music and unprecedented humor was a massive hit.
